  • Got my AP and EAD
  • Still I am working on H1 (recently got renewd and good util 2014)
  • Would like to continue to work on H1 till I get my GC
  • I am planning to go to India and get H1 extension stamping though I have AP/EAD

If anything goes wrong during visa interview in India and got stuck/delayed. Can I come back to US on AP/EAD and still maintain H1 status?
