I did my Master's in US, and i want to apply under EB2 as Level II .Net Developer from the State of CT, when i look at the flcdatacenter.com for prewailing wages for the year 2010. It is approx. 76 K for this specific position. And my pay is above that wage rate. My question is, i was looking at the prewailing wages for H1B. Is the Prewailing wages different for Perm processing? If yes, can anyone let me know, if was looking at the right place or give me some leads on PW determination. And can anyone see any issues with starting the processing as i don't have any knowledge about the GC processing. Thanks to Everyone. Link to comment
