I 485 process after received the EAD and Finger prints

Hi,

I filed my 485 on Dec 2011. My priority date Feb 2008. I received my EAD and Ap. i got FP also.

Once received the EAD and AP's . What exactly they verified to get the GC.

Is they verify last 5 years employment history ?

Any help , i will appreciate .

They do an immigration check (to make sure you did not enter illegally, did not overstay your visa, did not claim citizenship, mainteined status, etc), criminal check - that's what the FPs are for, and a security check (FBI/CIA/NSA records, and maybe more). Your employment and address information is probably used in all of them.
