New H4 Stamping and H1 Transfer

Hi Friends,

It would be great if you could help me with the following query. I have my visa stamped through Company A and it is valid till Dec '13.I have got a new job offer through Company B and i have the approved I-797 from Company B.

I am getting married on Apr '12. I am going to apply new H4 for my fiancee and she is going to carry I-797 from Company B for her stamping along with other documents.

My question is,

1. Is it ok, if my H1 visa and her H4 visa are issued by two different employers.

2. Should i go for H1 stamping first and get my visa stamped through Company B before my fiancee can go for stamping through Company B?

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Are you still with the same client?

Its probably better to go together for stamping for the company B.
