Company B applied H1B for me with COS and It approved on 12 Dec 2011. I joined the company B on 13 Feb (out of status??). Company C has applied to H1 transfer now based on my pay stubs of Company A. I am joining company C based on USCIS reciept number. I have the valid I-94 upto 2014. Is there any impact on my visa transfer due to out of status for some time? Link to comment
