nishkaanangel Posted February 27, 2012 Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 Hello Guys, I Have Question Regarding New H1b Filing. 1 Is it really true that you can file H1b Anytime after April 1st for example in July or Aug as long as you have a client and the employer and quota is available?? 2. Can we file the petition in premium processing after April anytime?? or do we have to wait till October??? Appreciate your help in advance. Link to comment
