hax16th
Hi All, I have been speaking to my friends about the GC processing as I am new and not sure whether to apply for one or not. I found one common answer from everyone “GC processing will be current soon or by next year, so apply ASAP”. I am totally unsure how they say that, is there logic behind why everybody is saying this or is it just being paranoid??? Someone pls clarify. Thanks, Link to comment
kalyan_ac
Nobody knows if it will be current or not. We can only talk about trends, history etc. But you have 2 stages prior to worrying about will the date be current or not. So if you are interested in GC start on the first two stages before worrying about this. Link to comment
JoeF
It depends. EB2 has been moving forward quite a lot recently, but is expected to slow down a bit. EB3 is stuck until the PD reaches July 2007. July 2007 was when everything was current, so lots of people filed then, and that's all in the queue. EB2 started its big forward movement once the July 2007 cases were reached. Also, it depends on where are you from. EB2 - Rest of World (ROW) has been current. Link to comment
