Hello Gurus,

Here is my situation

i have Bachelors(4yrs) + Master(1.5 yrs) in Electrical Engineering

I have an experience of 4 years total. 1 Year in India and 3 Years in US company X.

I am working on client location on Contract basis and my client has a position opened with Bachelors + 5 years of experience i hope which is eligible for Eb2.

so if my client accepts my Resume which is Masters + 4 years can i still fall under EB2 or will it falls under EB3

Please help.

It depends on the clients job requirement/description. If it states Bachelors + 5yrs experience, you should be eligible for EB2.

Here if you have Masters or not is irrelevant.
