chawkalla
Hi, I'm currently working in US on H1 visa. My wife is going for H4 visa interview in 2 weeks. I can't accompany her (since I'm in US now) but I think she has all the documents needed except this one: The original Notice of Action Form I-797 of the Principal Applicant. She has the photocopy of I-797. But is that enough. I have original with me in US but I am kind of apprehensive mailing it for the fear of loss. Please advise. Thanks in advance. I'm sorry if this issue has already been discussed before. I failed to find it. Link to comment
