change of status from F1 to H1B - applied in Nov 2011

Hi, My employer applied for my change of status from F1 to H1B (Regular Process) in the month of Nov 2011 to Vermont Center. And my application status still shows as "Initial Review". USCIS website shows that the normal duration to let us know the result is 3 months. However, in my case it is already more than 3 months now. I was just wondering, if there are more people in the same boat. Please share your application status, so that we can get a rough estimation of our wait time. In some of the other threads I saw that people are waiting for their result from Oct 2011. Was wondering, why things are getting delayed so much. Thanks.
