For I130 and I485 I need to send CURRENT I-94 as well as I-797 with my application for sure. My question is do I need to send copy of OLDER I-94 and I-797 ( previous TN and H1b). I have been on TN and H1b before my current H1b job. Will really appreciate the reply. Thank you Link to comment
