Scorpio811 Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 Hi All, I have a concurrent (part time) H1B visa in addition to a fulltime H1B visa. My fulltime visa will end sometime soon. My parttime visa has validity for the next 2 years. My question is will my stay be legal after the expiry of the fulltime visa? Can someone answer this ASAP as I have some issues with my contract & need to decide very quick Thanks in advance Link to comment
