if cos got denied,can we go to canada and get our stamping done on h4

Hi friends,

i have one doubt.My friend cos from f1 to h1 got denied due to tvu issue.USICS is stating that she was out of status and she has to get stamped on her h1b in hyd consulate.right now she is in f1 status.but uscis told that she is out of status.Due to her medical condition she can't go to india in her present situation.She has stamped h4 till oct 2012 on her passport.can she go to canada for h4 stamping again.or can she use present stamped h4 and come back on new i94.Please tell me your suggestions...

She is likely to run into issues. The TVU stffu satys in her file forever, and at the least, she would get intense questioning, and a denial in Canada is a possibility. What would she do then, if she can't go to her home country?

So, it is best if she would go to here home country.
