Is it good to change the employers after 140 is approved?

Hi All, I would like to know it is good to change the employer after 140 is approved? My new employer also ready to file GC for me. Pls suggest if any thoughts around this. I really appreciate anykind of feedback or comments with your experiences.

If not, when is the best time to change the employer. As my new employer is ready to wait for the better timing. Thanks in advance.
