Affidavit by US citizen friends

Hi,

I need to submit my removal of conditional residency - form I-751. In the list it says that I should submit 3 sworn affidavits from US citizens to attest that my marriage was legal.

1) Can those friends be my parents in laws who are US citizens? Or they have to be non blood relatives?

2) Also I live in different state than they are. I am in MN and they are in MI. Can they get it attested in MI without my presence?

3) I moved from where I filed my GC first time 2 years ago? When I send this form I-751, shall I fill out another form to indicate my change of address too or they will follow the address of my application form 751.
