sunshineeast
Can someone help ? HOW LONG USCIS GENERALLY TAKES TO RESPOND FOR "MOTION TO REOPEN" cases ? If the petition which got denied (filed as premium) can be considered as Premium processing for Motion to Repoen as well if the attorney submit the documents? Link to comment
Attorney_10
Generally, motions to reopen or reconsider the prior denial may take several months or longer. The pending motion does not provide any lawful status or work authorization to the beneficiary. Please schedule a consultation with a qualified immigraiton attorney to discuss the specific facts relating to your case the options available to you. In many situations, it may be faster to file a new petition for consular notification. Link to comment
