***** URGENT *** H1B TRANSFER PLS HELP ******

Hi,

I’ve my H1B visa with consultancy (say - A) till 2012 and I ‘m currently working with them on client side. I’m getting a Full time position with some American company (Say - B). They are transferring my H1B via premium processing (A to B). Below are my questions:

1. If the H1B transfer from A to B got rejected/declined then still my old status will retain till 2012 or I’ll go out of status.

2. How much time will it take via premium processing from H1B visa transfer?

3. How soon can I start with Company B . Do I need to wait till the approval of new H1B or only LCA approval will work to start with new company
