gcbirthcert
Hi Please give me a solution or advice for this problem. I am in the middle of my green card processing. My I-140 is approved. For the next step in GC I need Birth Certificate of Non Availability of Birth certificate. The problem I have is that my original date of birth is Jan-23-1982 but in my 10th, Passport, Visa etc my date of birth is May-25-1982. As I was born in a hospital so they registered my birth with actual date. Now as the registration exist and date of birth is wrong I won’t be able to get a Birth certificate with date as in passport or a Non availability certificate. So the only option left with me is get actual birth certificate and correct all other documents. Please let me know anybody corrected date of birth in Passport, Visa, SSN in US. Please let me know if this is possible and how much complicated is the process. Will there be any complication if I correct my date of Birth in Visa. Thanks Link to comment

Reevs
I am on the same boat. It took 2 months to get the original birth certificate. Now next step is to correct the passport. I don't think there is anything else that needs to be corrected for green card process. (Just my opinion) Link to comment
