hn2605
Hello, I am working as IT consultant in EVC model at X, MD. I did MS from US and joined my employer on OPT last June, 2011 and got H1B approved through them for 3 years in Nov, 2011. My project got over in Jan 30, 2012 and started a new project in Feb 2012 at Y - MD, again in EVC model. My employer had filed a new LCA and it got approved but my salary and work location changed in new LCA. Please advise, Do I need to amend my H1B with new Client ?? Planning to go for VISA stamping in Canada. Appreciate your help !! Thanks, HN2605 Link to comment
