nari123 Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 I am H4 visa holder. I lost my most recent I-797A along with the new I-94 attached with it. I am planning on travelling out of the country next month. Do i need my latest I-94 or would it be sufficient if i provide my original I-94 along with a copy of the latest I-94? Will I have any problems at the time of departure and at the time of coming back in to the country? Link to comment
