Doubt Regarding EB2 Eligibility

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on h1 and doing masters online ,i will be graduating soon after that if find a job which requires a masters degree+ 2yrs experience, then can i file GC in Eb2 Category(Masters+ 2yrs Exp). will my experience gained during that period will be counted for Eb2??

If the degree is not accredited by a US Department of Education recognized accreditation agency, it cannot be used for EB2.

Experience is fine, it can be used for EB2 filing by another employer.

The University is accredited by a US Department of Education recognized accreditation agency and my question is whether the experience gained before my masters or while pursuing my masters will be counted for (Masters+2yrs exp) or do i have to work for 2 yrs after completing my masters to be eligible for requirement (Masters+2yrs)??

As long as the job requires Master's degree and you have it, it will qualify under EB2. Progressive experience is not needed.

Progressive experience requirement is for a job that requires Bachelor's degree and experience. In that case the experience has to be obtained after Bachelor's degree to qualify for EB2.
