My Case Status - Forgot Password

I am unable to recollect my password, but I remember my id for the "My Case Status" (https://egov.uscis.g.../jsps/login.jsp) page on USCIS site. My bigger problem is that I forgot the answer to the question challenge for my customer account in the "Check My Case Status" function. I tried sending emails to Web Master and other emails listed in the site, but I did not get any reply yet.

Did any of you folks run into similar issue? If so, how did you get it fixed; other than signing up again using a different email / userid?
