karthi128 Posted February 22, 2012 Report Share Posted February 22, 2012 My Wife is in India with the H4 extension valid up to April’12, Her previous stamping expired she has to go for stamping. My current company got my H1B Extension upto April 2014,(not H4 for my wife) My question is, will she get her new stamping up to 2014 ? if not , what all should I do to bring her during April 1st week? Can I apply from here for her H4 Extension when she is in INDIA? Is it required? I appreciate for your valuable information. -Rahul Link to comment

My company extended my Visa till Oct'2014 and they did not extend her H4. 1. Did your wife submit both her I797 with Apr'12 validity and your I797 with Apr 2014 validity.? 2.
