Will MS in Electrical Engg be a problem?

I have Masters in Electrical Engg from Regional Engg college, calicut,India and even education evaluation from MorningSide gave me as equivalent to US Masters.

But my PERM is applied for MS in IT or Computer Science or Equivalent field. Will it be an issue for me during I-140? Heard Electrical is considered to be part of Computers and Electronics circuit branches here in US?

I do have a PGDCA certificate but from a private institute. Will it help in any way?

Any input will be a great help.
