rajivn786
Hi, I went through couple of posts ..but I couldn't find one.. My Job Description says "Bachelors with 3 to 5 yrs".. But when I consulted my V.P,, he said he can change it to Masters required..& apply under Eb2.. My Immigration department is opposing it... It it possible to change the Job Description just for EB2?? Will there be any complications involved??? Thanks, ***** Link to comment
kalyan_ac
The manager can change it. The manager is the one who gives requirement/job description. As long as the requirement states Masters you can apply under EB2. Link to comment

JoeF
It would have to be a promotion. Just changing some words is not going to work. There would have to be a justification why the job all of a sudden requires an advanced degree. In other words, it would have to be a different job, i.e., a promotion. And even then, to be able to use EB2 in the same company, the new job would have to be at least 50% different from the old one. Link to comment
