PERM1 and I-140 approved but employer no more. PERM2 audit and denied

Can someone give me tips on how to proceed.

I am on 2 - H1b extension. My 1st PERM and I-140 got approved with my employer1, My priority date is 2007, but employer1 is no more. I applied 2nd PERM, got audit and got denied. I can apply for PERM again, but no time on H1B. Can I go on TN visa after 6 years.?
