Employer Employee Relationship - I-140

Lately, I have been hearing about CIS questioning "Employer Control" on 1-140 case. Essentially it seems like the Employer Employee Relationship memo is turned towards I-140 these days.

Can we please use thread to track those cases where this is an issue:

1) New I-140 RFE on Employer Employee Relationship

2) Old approved I-140 received NOIR demanding to prove Employer Employee Relationship.

Hi,

I am in the same boat, My I-140 also denied based on Employer Employee Relationship, Applied motion to reopen (MTR) I-290B on sep 30 2011,

Still the status showing initial review for my I-290B.

​Btw transferred to new employer ,applied new labor (approved) and started new I-140 premium processing with new employer.

Waiting for the decision on my I-290B with old employer, If get approved ,thinking of porting old PD( may 2008) to new I-140.
