H1B (221g-Admin Processing) - H4B (Stamped) - H1B?

Hi All,

I worked in US on H1B for 4 Yr's 3 Months out of 6 yr's, attended for H1B visa renewal

in India last year and got 221G in May 2011. While H1B is in admin processing,

i worked from India and my employer ran US payroll till the end of December 2011 i.e.

from May 2011 till Dec 2011.

Now i got H4B stamped last week.

............................................My Questions are...............................................................

1. If i stay for 2 more months in India, am i eligible for 3+3 yr's of H1B

under 2013 quota with out going through the left over H1B time i.e. 15 months,

even though i worked from offshore under US payroll?

2. Because i worked from offshore under US payroll for almost 8 months,

does this time will be considered under my left over H1B period?
