H4 Stamping on Old Employer H1 Visa Stamp

Hello,

I currently have a H1 stamp (valid until Dec. 2012) on my passport from an old employer. I am currently working for a new employer and i797 is valid until Oct. 2013. I am marrying in May 2012. Can my wife go for H4 stamping in India after the wedding, with my old H1 visa stamp when it is still valid?

Yes she can but she may have to do lot of answering.

Its better for you both to go together for the stamping.
