kesavapani
Hello harshal, Tell your Employer to write a letter to US Consulate, Mumbai that you work as a consultant by no. of hours at the client location. Also make sure you include/ show employee - employer relationship and include client/ vendor letters. Hope this helps. Thank you Kesava Link to comment
Mat Patel
Hi Harshal! I hope your case should have cleared now, if not then this is what I can suggest you. If you are on H1-B. I think you should have a job or work atleat 40 hours a week. If you work 40, your salary shouldn't fluctuate payslip to payslip. It should only fluctuate when your employer raise your salary. Best is to ask your employer for the reason and ask your employer's lawyer or a lawyer who filed your H1-B petition to explain them why there is a fluctuation in salary from payslip to payslip.
