Applying for EB1(a)

Hi,

I am working in an university as a research associate in chemistry department. I am applying for GC under EB1(a) category. I have few questions.

1) Where should I send my i-140 petition (Nebrask or Texas?), I live in Ohio

2) How long does it take to get an approval n EB1(a) category. My friends told me its a fast service, I am not sure the time lines.

3) I have 8 reference letters from my professors/ collaborators and experts in the field, published about 7 papers in well reputed journals, presented my work in 5 conferences. Are these enough credentials to a apply for EB1(a)?
