H1 Transfer after 6 years, I-140 approved, Have A#, but no approval notice

Hi

I have to transfer my H1. I got a 3 year extension based on approved I-140 from current employer, valid till 2013 .

Want to move to a new employer. I have A#, but not the I-140 approval notice or receipt number. I don't have that much time to file for FOIA.

Can I transfer the H1, since it got 3 years extension based on approved I-140? I am not yet thinking of porting the PD etc. I just want the H1 transfer for now.

Please reply whether I can get the H1 transfer without I-140 approval notice but with a H1 3 year extension which was approved based on approved I-140.
