desi2usa Posted February 19, 2012 Report Share Posted February 19, 2012 Hi, Here is the current scenario * 4 weeks before filed a PERM Labor Certification for GC process with Employer A (this is a consulting company). * 3 months remaining to complete the 5 yrs on H1B * I am expecting a good offer from Employer B (Direct client) with H1B transfer. If I do H1B transfer to Employer B * Most of the forum says I can continue the GC with Employer A.Is this correct? * Can I process GC with both Employers A & B ? Thanks! Desi Friend Link to comment
