udayhr
I have a question regarding surname and given name. My passort has surname as: AAA BBB and given name as CCC The H1B visa stamp on the passport also has my surname as AAA BBB and given name as CCC EAD card shows my surname as: AAA BBB and given name as CCC I just received my green card and shows my surname as AAA and given name as CCC B When I filed the I-485 application, I had entered my Family Name as AAA BBB and Given name as CCC and left the Middle name as blank. Do I need to get this fixed to surname AAA BBB and given name CCC on my green card or can I leave it without changing it? Leaving the name the way it is currently on my green card would it cause problems / confusions during travel and reentry. If I need to get this fixed by filing the I90 form, do I have to pay the filing fees or would USCIS correct without any filing fees as the error is not at my end. My W2's and other documents use the following format: Last name, first name and middle initial format. This is entered as AAA, CCC B where AAA is my last name BBB is my middle name or "B' as my middle initial CCC being my first name. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
