H4 Visa Interview Date Cancelled Twice

I cancelled my wife's H4 visa interview date twice at Delhi consulate within two days. After canceling date second time, I was trying to schedule a date in Mumbai consulate but VFS system didn't allow me to schedule a date, it says you have cancelled your visa appointment date twice and your receipt will be activated on May-18 (exact three months later from the day I cancel the appointment second time).

Does anybody know what to do except waiting till May-18. Is there a way I can pay HDFC fee again and schedule an appointment before May-18.

Any ideas, suggestions would help and will be much appreciated.
