GC in EB2 with New Employer

Here is my situation

I am on H1 and in US from last 9 year with company A. Company-A applied GC in 2008 and labor and I140 approved in 2009. After that I am getting extension for every 3 years. Recently, I got extension of 3 years and valid till 2014. I have copy of I-140 approval.

Now I want to change the company and company B is ready to do H1 transfer and file GC in EB2 after 6 months of joining.

Can I change the company A? Any issue in doing it.

Expert please suggest.

You can always change the employer but

1) You will have to start GC all over again from PERM

2) You can port PD as long as the I140 is not revoked/withdrawn by the current employer

3) Make sure your job profile is same to use the PD
