EB3 to EB2 case

Hello All,

I used to work for a company ABC in 2003 when my GC was filed under EB3. My priority date was Nov 2003. In 2007 I obtained my EAD and I have been on that since. My 485 was also filed in July 2007.

I changed my job with AC-21 to my current job to a company XYZ in Sep 2010.

Last year in Oct I started my GC process again, did my Labour and got my I-140 (EB2) appoved with the previous priority date of Nov 2003.

Since I now have my I-140 approved in EB2 category with the priority date of Nov 2003, I should be expecting my GC any time. My lawyer sent out a letter and a copy of all the documents requesting USCIS to adjudicate my I-485.

How long do I wait now? Has any one else been in this situation?
