alokie123@gmail.com Posted February 17, 2012 Report Share Posted February 17, 2012 I got laid-off but I've got 12 weeks of severance (paid bi-monthly like regular paychecks) and also full benefits (medical, dental, etc.) during these 12 weeks (and COBRA option is offered at the end of these 12 weeks). I understand my employer is supposed to notify USCIS and revoke my application, but what should be the timing for this. It should be at the end of this 12 weeks. Correct??? In essence, my H-1B is valid for another 12 weeks. Correct? Link to comment
