mailrajrishi
Hi All, I recently received my H1 extension for 3 years based on I140 approval and now have an offer from another firm. I understand that since I already have approved I140 and 3 year extension after the 6 years the new employer can also get 3 year extension. My question is Once the H1 transfer is done and my current emp cancels/revokes 140 would the h1 with new employer be void too? Thanks Link to comment

kalyan_ac
Has your I140 been approved for more than 6 months? Your h1b will not void after the transfer. Link to comment
Shruti1983
I dont think the new H1 will be in any problem even if the previous employer revokes the I-140. Please check with attorney though. Link to comment
