hema214 Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 hi, My start date is june 2009, and i got labour and I-140 with company A. and my job outsorced to company B , They directly applied for I-140. Its rejected. Then Company B started my labour again. My question is , when is my start date is that june 2009 or new labour application date. Because june 2009 is current now, I was wondering can i still use that date. Thanks for your reply in advance Link to comment
