EB3 With 3 year degree and 2 year masters

I have a 3 year degree and a 2 year MBA from India. My EB3 got denied stating that i don't have bachelors equivalent degree. Has anyone got EB3 approved with a 3 year degree and 2 year masters from India?

3 years degree followed by university master's would be eqivalent to US Bachelors. What is mentioed in PERM LCA job requirement? That matters in taking I140 approval decisions.

on perm 9089, column 14 says:

Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is

acceptable. Applicants can met the bachelor's degree requirement based

on a combination of degrees or a combination of education and experience

as determined by an education evaluator.

column 9 says: foreign education equivalent acceptable: yes

EB3 was filed under profession category

To me the PERM wording good for EB3 skilled worker category. Even EB3 professional classification, Bachelor's degree should be equivalent to US 4 years bachelors. Get reviewd your case from qualified immigrant attorneys such as Murth's before appeal or refile the case.
