inquest Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 I have been with Company A for last 7 years. 2005 - 2007 - India 2007 - Till Date - US on H1B Would like to know if I am eligible for H1B - L1A conversion? Read somewhere in forum that to be eligible for L1 we should have worked in the company outside US for 1 year in the last 3 years. I have worked in company A for 2 years outside US, but not in the last 3 years. Can someone please confirm? Link to comment
