bubbles5676 Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Are you a full-time employee with your company? I have a friend who went for stamping in Canada just this January. He works under the EVC model. His visa was refused under 221g. The e-mail he received didn't ask for more documents or anything. He went back to India cuz he was getting married. bubbles5676 Posted February 16, 2012 Report Share Posted February 16, 2012 It is advisable to go to Canada for stamping if you have a master's degree from the US because the verification process is quicker in Canada. Otherwise, it's best you get the stamping done in your home country. Link to comment
