L1B extension Petition needs additional stamping if needs to go and come out of USA?

Hi ,

I am holding L1B extension petition & valid upto sep,2013. If I need to go for Vacation to India for 2 weeks, again I need to go for Visa Stamping to US Consulate?

I saw some news that "

Subject to 22 CFR 41.112©, such individuals generally

would not need to apply again for an L visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate overseas if

they were to travel outside the nited States during the period indicated in the applicable

reciprocity schedule, as is currently required when petition validity has been extended.

Under 8 CFR 214.2(l)(11), an alien may apply for admission in L status only while the

individual or blanket petition is valid. (Applicable from Feb 14,2012)

Can you please eloborate this what is India's reciprocity shedule & If it is true what & all documents needs to carry and how many days we can stay & come back during Valid L1B extension period?
