What document r needed for I485 and EAD filing?

Hi,

My employer is giving me an option to choose my own attorney for filing my I485 and EAD. I do not have the I140 approval notice with me right now, but assuming he would provide it to me on time, what other documents would I need from my Employer like employers w2 etc.

If I only need a minimal set like just an employment verification letter then I can confidently choose a out side attorney else I would have to pick their attorney fearing their non-co operation for getting those documents in time.

I already requested a quote from Murthy Law firm for I 485 filing from the website.

Please visit the USCIS website or google for 485 instructions form. The pdf lists the documents needed.

The set of documents needed is way beyond minimal. Be prepared.
