srjusc Posted February 16, 2012 Report Share Posted February 16, 2012 Documents received by USCIS on 2nd Feb, however, they couldn't find the premium processing check (which was right there in the packet and also mentioned in cover letter by my lawyer). By the time that got sorted out between USCIS and my lawyer, the receipt date became 8th Feb. Was in Acceptance state all this time. Got approved on 15th Feb, got updated online as well. Now waiting for the hard copy of the i-797 Link to comment
