hi,

I have checked my employer GC Perm history for 2011 from myvisajobs/com and I found number of job titles/perm is 12 and all of them are Certified-Expired.So,what it means by Certified-expire? My understanding is all Labors were approve but no I-140 has been approved yet or all I-140's are rejected? Am I right?
