I-485, job transfer, City changed

My company has applied and got approved for PERM and I-1140 for job title “1” and city “A” and now the priority date is current.

Last April, I did a job transfer and moved to city “B” and with job title “2”.

Both city “A” and “B” are in same State which are around 250 km apart.

I think I can get a letter from my manager saying that job title “2” is a promotion of job title “1” and fill a doc/table which explains the comparison of 2 job titles. So I think I am covered here (this had done by few folks)

My concern is around change of city location to "B".

Is there a chance that I can use the PERM/I-140 approved for City location “A” and apply for I-480 in city location “B”.
