I want to give up my L1 and want to get L2 (dependent on my wife). Along with L2, I want to get the EAD. I want to get the L2 and EAD in the SHORTEST possible time. My Questions: Can I file L2 and EAD concurrently ? What are the forms to fill in and where to send them ? I am in Los Angeles county. Link to comment
