jdsethi2575 Posted February 13, 2012 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 HI..After waiting for 1year today i got my I140 denial ...just to give you guys a little background I applied for I140 in Feb2011 and i received an RFE in November 2011 and my employer replied to that RFE on Jan25 USCIS updated status that they have received the Documents on Jan31 and now today Feb13 i received an email that my case has been denied and i am so upset now. not sure what can be done in this case...If we appeal, are there any chances to get the I140 approved...Please Help Link to comment
schintala Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Sorry to hear on I140 denial. Definitely you can appeal or refile the I140. Your attorney/employer can decide whether to refile or appeal based on the USCIS denial reason. Link to comment
